RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Brookiewitch products are frozen food products and are prepared, packed and handled with care to maintain product quality during delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept routine returns of products after delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched. Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible by contacting us at info@brookiewitch.com or by calling our customer support number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Any other information we may reasonably require to investigate the issue

After reviewing the issue, Brookiewitch may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

PRODUCT QUALITY OR DELIVERY CONDITION

If you receive a product that appears to have been compromised during delivery, please contact us promptly with photographs of the product and packaging.

Because Brookiewitch products are frozen, customers should transfer the products to appropriate frozen storage as soon as possible after delivery and follow the storage instructions provided on the product packaging.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another appropriate method communicated by Brookiewitch.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or consumed food products cannot ordinarily be returned.

This does not affect any rights or remedies that may apply to customers under applicable law.
